Where do you need resilience?

How do you practice resilience?

I believe resilience is one of the keys to success in life and in science.

So do other people:

I practice resilience by:

1.  Lifting heavy weights and pushing myself at the gym

2.  Staying focused on what I need to do do obtain my goals

3.  Meditating and working on stress management

4.  Being gentle with myself

These skills (that are a work in progress!) help me deal with rejection and conflict and help me work for what I know is right in my science and in the world.
